We are delighted to reintroduce Jimmy McClain as the General Manager, bringing 16 invaluable years of experience at McKenzie Valve to this new role.
Starting as a Buyer for McKenzie Valve and progressing through various positions, McClain now guides the company's strategic direction, ensuring each department has the necessary resources to succeed.
Years of experience across diverse departments have equipped our General Manager with comprehensive insight into the company's manufacturing, financial, and strategic operations. This knowledge is instrumental in setting goals while providing support and offering direction.
McClain is dedicated to providing support to team members to achieve and exceed company goals. He is most grateful for the people he has worked with at McKenzie Valve, noting that his proudest moment was witnessing the resilience and adaptability shown by team members when the company's ERP software was compromised.
He draws inspiration from Vince Lombardi's wisdom: “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.”
Beyond the workplace, he enjoys family time, dirt track racing, and baseball with his son.
His advice for new team members? “Dive in, ask questions, and keep learning because the more value you bring, the more doors will open.”
