As we embrace the start of the new year, McKenzie Valve remains committed to establishing the industry standard for product durability and performance. We are thrilled to kick off the year with our latest case study, the 'Bottom Outlet Valve Environmental Cycle Test Report,' which evaluates the performance of our bottom outlet ball valves in comparison to similar products from other manufacturers.
The case study covers the following:
- The Objective: To evaluate the durability of McKenzie's bottom outlet ball valves and ascertain how they measure up against competitors. We subjected our valves to extreme conditions, including vibration, heat expansion, cooling contraction, and stringent leak tests. Each valve underwent manual cycling, yielding valuable insights into their long-term performance.
- The Question: How do McKenzie Valve's bottom outlet valves perform in comparison to similar products from other manufacturers after enduring harsh conditions for an extended duration?
- The Results: McKenzie Valve exhibited no leaks in any test conditions. Competitor A's valves also performed well, showing no leaks. Competitor B's valves experienced leaks at -50°F but recovered at higher temperatures, and Competitor C's valves encountered issues at low temperatures but improved with pure Teflon seats.
We highlight our commitment to providing high-quality products. McKenzie Valve’s products have demonstrated their competitiveness by exhibiting the durability required for real-world applications, placing them on par with or above competitors.
