On March 13, 2021 we held our 3rd Annual Bass Fishing Tournament to benefit St. Jude. The tournament is completely planned, organized, and conducted by McKenzie Valve employees.

This year’s tournament saw 10 MVM employees amongst 12 competitors with donations totaling over $1400 to St. Jude. The winning team this year was the team of Danny Crews, Customer Service, and Ryan Hilliard, Welder. Ryan also won the prize for the largest fish of the tournament.

Other MVM employees who participated in the tournament were William Darnell, Machinist; Billy Taylor, Machinist; Theron Hicks, Machinist; Derek Box, Machinist; Doc Cary, Welder; Brandon Breaux, Shop Supervisor; Matthew Floyd, Welder; and Kyle Baker, Material Handler.

The guys are already looking forward to next year and growing the tournament even more.
